Legalizing Marijuana in Canada | RON JAMES

Is it legal to mail marijuana between states? Here’s what federal and state laws say.

Mailing pot across state lines is an incredibly bad idea, according to Erik Altieri, executive director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Under the Controlled Substances Act – which was signed into law by President Richard Nixon in 1970 to regulate the manufacture, possession and use of certain drugs – marijuana is a Schedule 1 drug. Drug trafficking penalties vary depending on the schedule of the drug being trafficked and the amount. For less than 50 kilograms of marijuana, the maximum penalty for the first offense is up to five years in jail and a fine of up to $250,000 for a single individual. For the second offense, the maximum penalty doubles: up to 10 years behind bars and a fine not to exceed $500,000.

The DEA lists penalties for more serious crimes on its website. These penalties can apply to both sender and recipient. Marijuana is also the most commonly seized drug by postal inspectors. In fiscal year 2014, inspectors seized 39,301 pounds of marijuana. That number dropped to 34,305 in 2015, the first full fiscal year for which medical marijuana was legal in Colorado and Washington.

Jersey City to Decriminalize Marijuana

Marijuana laws in Jersey City go up in smoke as of Thursday, July 19, as Mayor Steven Fulop and Chief Prosecutor Jake Hudnut direct all Jersey City prosecutors to cease prosecuting marijuana possession cases before the municipal courts. Jersey City will be the first in New Jersey to put forward a policy to address decriminalization on a local level, in the hopes of guiding other towns across the state to enact similar changes to outdated marijuana policies. As the state continues to pass around various versions of a marijuana decriminalization program, Jersey City simply took it upon themselves to spark their own effort. According to the City, there are more than 25,000 arrests for marijuana possession each year in New Jersey-and it is estimated that prosecution following these arrests has cost the state well more than $1 billion each decade in policing, court operations, probation, and jailing.

Growing marijuana 101: How your pot is being produced ahead of legalization

With recreational marijuana legalization around the corner, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. The world’s biggest medical marijuana producer gave Global News a behind the scene look to show us how they are prepping for the big day. Mom plants are grown from seeds and they give life to hundreds of other marijuana plants. As they grow, clippings of the mom plant are dipped in a rooting solution and planted in small soil pods. High humidity, instead of watering, allows the clone plants to slowly absorb small drops of water.

The plant’s genetic make-up acts as its blueprint, but its environment plays a major role, too. Depending on the plant, you can have pot that keeps you awake or have pot that makes you relax and sleepy. Once the flowers have matured, the plants are then harvested and sent to the trimming room. Once it’s legalized, it’s expected there will be a big demand for legal pot, so Canopy Growth has three eight-hour shifts, producing five- to 10-gram packages, or filling bottles and soft gel tablets with oil. Justin Trudeau promised that recreational marijuana legalization would come Oct. 17.

Canopy Growth isn’t the only producer getting ready. Producers across the country are working at full throttle, producing millions of dollars’ worth of pot to meet the new demand.

Working to Reform Marijuana Laws

For the past 12 years, Chong’s partner has been his wife, Shelby, a comedienne in her own right. For one thing, Cheech and Chong never danced salsa, merenge and tango. After the duo split up, Chong directed and appeared in Far Out Man and Best Buds. Chong has continued to be active in the film and TV industry, not only as an actor but frequently as writer, director and producer. His detention caused an uproar among his fans and sparked a Free Tommy Chong!

movement. AKA Tommy Chong – a documentary written and directed by filmmaker Josh Gilbert about the legal battle and jail time – premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Stan Chong bought a $500 house in Dog Patch and raised his family on $50 a week. Chong started playing guitar at age 11, and when he was 18 formed Canada’s first R&B band called The Shades. Chong went on to form Bobby Taylor and the Vancouvers, which became Motown’s first racially mixed band.

Shortly after Chong left the Vancouvers, he met Cheech Marin in 1969. Chong became a naturalized citizen of the U.S. in the late 1980s. Chong has five children: actress Rae Dawn and actress/producer Robbi Keene from his first marriage; actress/comedienne Precious Burger and sons Paris and Gilbran, both musicians, from his marriage to Shelby.

How to Act High

To prepare for a role in which you must act high, there are certain steps to pull off the performance, beginning with research. While acting high you could find it difficult to pour a cup of coffee. Practice getting into the high character by play acting with a partner, making up only one or a few lines at a time. It doesn’t matter where the story leads you, the important part is you act high the whole time, according to the bio you previously wrote about your character. Entertain yourself while practicing for the role of a marijuana user by playing a game while acting high.

Watch relevant examples of thespians acting high for a role. The best way to learn how to act high is to watch other actors do it. You can best prepare to act high by recording your sessions. If you live in a place where marijuana use is legal, you can see how to act high firsthand by watching others smoke the plant or ingest it through edibles. Prepare for your role by keeping a notebook during your high experience to later remember your thoughts while high and by recording the session to later watch your behaviors and mannerisms.

Someone might want to act high for a play, a prank, or some other kind of performance. Deliberately acting high should be saved for acting roles, not everyday life.

CCSF to grow curriculum with marijuana training

San Francisco’s two-year community college plans to roll out a cannabis curriculum following California voters’ decision last year to legalize recreational marijuana. As City College of San Francisco rejoices over the seven-year reprieve on its accreditation announced Friday, the institution may hit another high note with new marijuana-focused course work. School officials are working with Oakland-based Oaksterdam University, which was founded as a marijuana trade school in 2007, and labor union United Food and Commercial Workers, which represents workers in the marijuana industry, in developing the program. City College has already entered into a partnership with UFCW to set up what would be an apprenticeship program in the school’s existing Pharmacology Technology department, according to Hamilton. Apprentices would need to be sponsored by the UFCW union as is the case with other apprenticeship programs, such as the Gardener Apprenticeship Program in partnership with Laborers’ Local 261.

Oaksterdam teaches students about all aspects of the marijuana industry with courses in legal issues, indoor or outdoor cultivation, and cooking. 64 era, demand for cannabis education is expected to increase. The program for UFCW represents the labor union’s continued effort to grow membership and boost its role in the industry by organizing workers at dispensaries. City College’s entry into the cannabis field is one of a number of workforce recommendations the San Francisco State Cannabis Legalization Task Force released in December after a year of study to prepare for the legalized recreational use of the drug. The cannabis industry is an opportunity to diversify San Francisco’s job market, which is perceived as being dominated by the tech sector. The City is uniquely positioned to shape the local cannabis job market, as it is currently working on regulations and permitting.

Mayor Ed Lee has tasked city departments, including the Office of Workforce and Development, which oversees job programs, to come up with proposals by September.

Marijuana Movies: The Top 10 Stoner Films

There are a good variety of stoner movies out there that show us characters who love to do nothing but smoke weed all day. You don’t have to remember what happened in a good stoner movie because we’ve found the best ones and compiled them here. He ends up hitchhiking and meets a fellow stoner Pedro De Pacas played by Cheech Marin. The two smoke weed, get arrested for doing so, then get released on a technicality. Seth Rogen plays Dale who likes to smoke weed from time to time.

There is nothing like watching a bunch of funny celebrities have fun playing themselves. Three friends – Thursgood Jenkins, Scarface, and Brian – try to bail out their good friend, Kenny, who is in jail for accidentally killing a diabetic police horse by feeding it junk food. Harold played by John Cho leaves his office job for the weekend and hangs out with his stoner friend, Kumar played by Kal Penn. The most memorable scene has to be Kumar who has a dream about marrying a bag of weed. After finding out that their image is being used in an upcoming movie and they try to stop itor at least get paid off of it!

The two get into some crazy situations after they befriend an animal liberation group and more. Smokey played by Chris Tucker and Craig played by Ice Cube are pretty much living the life when they find a dealer’s weed stash. It’s not all bad. Some of the students, including incoming freshman Mitch Kramer, go cruising, drink beer, and smoke weed together.

Upscale cannabis convention aims to take state industry to the next level

Your budtender might well be among the first to enjoy the refurbished Tacoma Dome. After weeks of removing and replacing seats and doing other upgrades totaling $30 million, the Dome is heading into fall with expos and trade shows as it eases into the return of headlining concerts. The Cannabis and Comedy Convention, presented by marijuana data website Lemonhaze, is set for Oct. 25-26, a week after the Tacoma Holiday Food and Gift Festival. The goal of October’s gathering is to provide a broader networking opportunity for those attending and participating. Some of the panel topics at the convention will include creating your brand, confessions of a budtender, investing, banking, women’s leadership in the cannabis industry and vaping technology.

Some of the continuing education workshops include pain and cannabis, distinguishing folklore from science, budtending 101 and a forum on terpenes, the oils that give pot its aroma. As for the comedy part of the convention, organizers have announced comic Doug Benson as a headliner. This will be the third cannabis event presented at the Dome. A business expo was held in 2016 and CannaCon came to the venue in 2014. Admission is free to those working in the state industry and cannabis workers’ guests get in for $20.

Tickets go on sale July 24. More information is available at lemonhaze.com.

How TV Fell in Love With Marijuana

Americans kept doing drugs-in ever-increasing numbers-but sitcoms mostly stopped airing preachy episodes. Though marijuana use was still demonized on television as late as 1997, the drug was also treated with a new frankness in sitcoms like Roseanne, Home Improvement, and That ’70s Show. Henson expanded on her comments earlier this year in an interview with The Atlantic. If TV is a propagandistic device for pro-legalization advocates, it’s an enormously effective one. Age is a factor: A 2010 ABC study found that 81 percent of Americans support the legalization of medicinal marijuana, while the number drops to 23 percent for Americans aged 65 and older.

Marijuana is more than fodder for sitcoms and cartoons. Perhaps the final sign of marijuana’s television growth comes with its appearance in the most ubiquitous of genres: reality television. In the past year, both The Discovery Channel and National Geographic have launched reality series based on the budding medicinal marijuana market. Weed Wars and American Weed offer something that no other series in TV history has offered: a glimpse into cannabis growth as a legal, legitimate business. As American cultural attitudes continue to shape-and be shaped by-depictions of marijuana, it’s hard to imagine that TV will ever go back.

Canada Just Legalized Recreational Cannabis Use

Recreational marijuana use will soon be legal in Canada after senators voted 52-29 on a federal government bill that paves the way for the sale, purchase, and use of pot, CBC reports. The bill regulates the growing, distribution, and sale of the drug, with legal weed expected to hit the market in the next two to three months. Ontario Senator Tony Dean, who sponsored the bill, enthused over the result, suggesting the move has the power to transform Canadian society. As for when the actual legalization date is implemented, that’s up to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. According to CBC, the bill – Bill C-45 – comes with a provisional buffer period of eight to 12 weeks to give Canada’s provinces enough time to lay the groundwork before the sale of marijuana begins.

About

Is a dramatic comedy series about DC’s marijuana industry. The series follows a group of industry professionals as they attempt to navigate DC’s landscape of medical cultivation and broader legalization with well-intentioned enthusiasm, which often results in more trouble than they expect. It is also a town with a unique local culture and history completely separate from politics and business interests. Explores these two worlds through the scope of the city’s new marijuana industry, catalyzed by the medical field and broader legalization. The industry is rooted in its own political fights and entrepreneurial ambitions, the hurdles of which continue to impact how residents and patients benefit from it.

As the first East Coast city to legalize marijuana, the example it sets will likely impact those to follow.

Big Bud Marijuana Review with Pictures

Looks: Very big, light green, fairly frosty buds, with very fine light orange frosted hairs. Smell: This bud is really dank smelling, almost musty; it also has some sweet undertones, and occasionally a bit of sour wafts by. Effects: Fairly mellow onset, not a very strong buzz with regards to ‘feeling it hit you. The up-side of this bud, is that it alleviates my symptoms considerably. The down-side is that the high is a bit forgetful and distracted.

While this is only a bit couch-lock-ish, I don’t know if I would use this as a daytime smoke, due to the mental state of the high. Notes: This was a fairly well rounded buzz medically. It helps considerably with my stomach pains and nausea; and if smoked it makes for a pretty good sedative at night as well.

Nixon, Marijuana, and the Shafer Commission

The Nixon White House tapes from 1971-1972 demonstrate that the foundation of the modern war on marijuana was Nixonian prejudice, culture war and misinformation. CSDP’s Doug McVay spent several days at the National Archives listening to the Nixon White House tapes to find conversations about drug policy, especially regarding the National Commission on Marihuana and Drug Abuse, appointed by President Nixon. Nixon made clear several times that he wanted a report which supported his views and ‘tough on crime’ policies, no matter what the facts might be. To his credit, Governor Shafer delivered instead an honest report, with conclusions based on all the evidence – even though at the time he was being considered for a federal judgeship.

Your Ultimate Cannabis and Beer Guide

Your body absorbs the alcohol through the stomach, and unlike the food, it doesn’t have to be digested. This means that it reaches bloodstream in very short time, a fifth of the alcohol starts working immediately, and your tissue absorbs the majority of the rest. Alcohol has several different effects on both the body and mind. It dulls a part of the brain that regulates the motor functions, and thus it becomes hard to control your body. It may also cause various physical effects that include vomiting.

Inability to correctly pronounce words and blurred visions are also the way in which alcohol works.

Canada Votes to Legalize Marijuana, Trump Jr.’s Nickname – Monologue

StoptheDrugWar.org

Oklahoma voters pass a very progressive medical marijuana initiative, legalizers win the Democratic gubernatorial nominations in Colorado and Maryland, Maine passes a major medical marijuana overhaul, and, with rightists now in power in Washington and Bogota, it looks like a new drug war is looming in Colombia. Colorado US Rep. Jared Polis, a leading congressional proponent of marijuana legalization, won the nomination in his state, while former NAACP head Ben Jealous, who has also called for marijuana legalization, won the nomination in Maryland. Orlando attorney John Morgan, the man behind the state’s successful 2016 medical marijuana initiative, now says he wants to put a legalization initiative on the 2020 ballot. More than half of Texas registered voters polled in the newest University of Texas/Texas Tribune poll support legalizing marijuana.

Another 31% would support legalizing medical marijuana, leaving only 16% against legalizing marijuana in any form. The legislature has passed a sweeping overhaul of the state’s medical marijuana program. The bill removes current qualifying conditions and allows doctors to recommend medical marijuana for any ailment and allows caregivers to expand their operations in exchange for tighter regulations. Voters in Oklahoma approved a remarkably progressive medical marijuana initiative by a healthy margin of 56% to 43%. The initiative, State Question 778, allows registered patients to possess up to three ounces of marijuana anywhere and up to eight ounces at home.

What is most striking about Question 778 is that it does not restrict access to medical marijuana to a list of qualifying conditions. The advocacy group Harm Reduction Ohio is accusing the state Health Department of using a bureaucratic delaying tactic to prevent needle exchange programs from accessing any of the funds the state is expected to receive for HIV prevention. Surrounding states submitted the necessary paperwork in 2016, he noted. In its 2018 World Drug Report released Tuesday, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime reported that both cocaine and opium supplies were at their highest ever recorded levels last year.

ChrisWeigant.com » Marijuana Grows Up

That’s a weak attempt at a punny metaphor for which I apologize, but its deeper meaning is that marijuana is actually outgrowing such cheap jokes and entering the realm where it demands to be taken seriously – especially by politicians. Marijuana is now the nation’s fastest-growing industry. The legal marijuana industry brought in $2.4 billion last year, so it’s certainly no longer any sort of laughing matter. The report projects a marijuana industry that could be more valuable than the entire organic food industry – that is, if the legalization trend continues to the point that all 50 states legalize recreational marijuana. The total market value of all states legalizing marijuana would top $36.8 billion – more than $3 billion larger than the organic food industry.

State-level gains on marijuana reform are one thing, but the real battles which remain are going to have to be fought at the federal level. The biggest political step that still needs to be taken on the national level is completely divorcing marijuana from the rest of the ill-fated Drug War. While marijuana activists were amused that last year’s Super Bowl was played between the two teams from fully-legal recreational states, this year it is even more impressive that ex-stars of the N.F.L. are now publicly calling for the league to change their own rather Draconian attitudes towards marijuana use by their players. Marijuana may not be sold everywhere in the country, but then neither is alcohol.

In a nod to the N.F.L. players’ column, I can end here by defining the ultimate measure of when marijuana will be fully normalized in American society: when an advertisement for weed airs during the Super Bowl. The marijuana industry is growing so fast that such a thing may become reality a lot sooner than anyone might now predict. The marijuana industry is indeed growing up, and eventually it’s going to want a seat at the biggest advertising table the country has to offer.

Campus enforcement of marijuana use remains disjointed – The Stanford Daily

Over a year after California legalized marijuana consumption, campus enforcement of recreational marijuana use remains murky. Smoking marijuana in public remains illegal under California law, and official University policy continues. Ralph Castro, director of the Office of Alcohol Policy and Education, explained that repercussions for marijuana use on campus can differ depending on where the incident took place. On the other hand, smoking in public areas can lead to police citations on top of Stanford sanctions, even if individuals holds a medical marijuana license. These verbal warnings do not enter students’ criminal records but may be relayed to the University staff during meetings between the administration and the police, said Lt.

Jon Hernandez, who oversees the Records and Investigative Services Division of Stanford Public Safety Department. Though Stanford prohibits marijuana use on University property, residential staff do not always follow policy to the letter. Only 12 students were cited for marijuana consumption last year, compared to 29 percent of students who self-reported smoking marijuana within the last 30 days in a 2016 OAPE survey. Student residential staff are contractually obligated to alert professional staff about students who violate the policy, but some Resident Fellows and student staff have gotten around the rules by advising students to smoke marijuana where they are less likely to get caught. Student staff members’ jurisdiction ends at 30 feet beyond the dorm – a fact that some houses take advantage of when communicating marijuana policy to residents.

Most students The Daily spoke to were unaware or undeterred by the University’s ban on marijuana use. Of the 30 students interviewed in December 2017, two assumed that marijuana is officially permitted on campus since it was legalized in California. As Stanford and local lawmakers continue to grapple with the implications of marijuana legalization, students seem largely unbothered by official regulations.

Cannabis culture marijuana comedy show Ep47Part3

3 face marijuana distribution charges

FROM STAFF REPORTS. Three men face intent to distribute charges after more than 100 grams of marijuana, thousands of dollars in cash and other items were found inside a Bama Lane residence. Officers with Sumter Police Department’s Organized Crime and Vice Control Unit responded to the residence at 845 Bama Lane Apartment 3 on Feb. 23 after receiving a complaint about suspected drug activity at the location. Detectives confirmed accounts of a strong odor of marijuana coming from the residence before obtaining a warrant and searching the home where more than 300 grams of marijuana, more than $3,000 in cash and a handgun were seized. Officers also found equipment used in the sale of drugs.

Arkeem Armond Singleton, 24, of the home, was apprehended by officers while trying to flee from the back of the house. He is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, fourth offense, and felon in possession of a handgun. Two other men who were inside the house, 24-year-old Willie Nathaniel Ray Jr., of 801 Coachman Drive, and 31-year-old Rashad Deon Rajah, of 14 Gate St., are both charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Medicinal & Recreational Marijuana Dispensary Resource

They say humans are like snowflakes because no two are the same-and on a cellular level, that’s true. It was the wee hours of Wednesday morning, April 18, and the sun had yet to rise. I was adrift in my subconscious, scrolling through the feelings and disjointed thoughts that never make it to the surface. What separates the cannabis industry from the rest is the number of women executives. According to a 2017 Marijuana Business Daily reader survey, women hold 27 percent of executive-level roles in the cannabis industry.

That’s a healthy edge over U.S. businesses as a whole, where women comprise 23 percent of executive positions. What’s fascinating about California’s legal cannabis industry is that nearly 80 percent of municipalities still prohibit cannabis. Although cannabis is de-criminalized and therefore quasi-legal, much work remains to be done in terms of acceptance. Somehow Orange County is represented in the other 20 percent.

Thanks to Santa Ana, a healthy cannabis industry exists. In most cases, you can’t rely on a debit or credit card to facilitate a transaction at a dispensary. As a result, the cannabis industry is solely cash-based,.

Prop 64: Adult Use of Marijuana

Prop 64 would legalize marijuana and hemp in California. You could not consume marijuana in public or drive high. The estimated revenue from the sale and cultivation of marijuana is $1 billion or more annually. Marijuana sales and use would be tracked controlled and regulated like alcohol. Taxing marijuana would bring in millions of much needed revenue to California.

Big tobacco will move in and take over the marijuana business. With marketing and advertising of marijuana more young people will be exposed to pot. Greater marijuana smoking will lead to increases in cancer, heart attacks, strokes and long-lasting decline in brain function. Back in 1972 a proposition was on the ballot that would have decriminalized the use and possession of marijuana by those 18 and older. Federal law still classifies marijuana as a dangerous and illegal drug, but enforcement has tapered off.

When medical marijuana clinics first opened up in California many were raided and shut down by federal agents. Marijuana has been legalized in Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Alaska.

Download Movie TORRENT

The movie feels very adult, plenty of swearwords and nudity and such and a typical Scorcese like voice-over and a good story and competent acting. Jonathan Daniel Brown is very good in the lead but my favorite performance comes from Aaron Yoo as a menacing rival of his. The only ‘bad thing’ I can say is that, it could have dug deeper into the characters; the female characters are all pretty empty and most are only there for eye-candy and the movie is low budget and it shows and feels like it was shot in a couple weeks at the most. Comparing it to ‘Blow’ might get your hopes a little too high I know realise, it doesn’t have the feeling of a epic trials and tribulations of a drug kingpin which that had but I mean it’s definitely above average when it comes to these sorts of movies. It most definitely entertains from start to finish with plenty of humor to go with the based on a true story.

Medical Marijuana: A Personal Perspective Providence, Rhode Island Motif Magazine

Recreational marijuana and medical marijuana are the same plant, but when it comes to application there is a great divide. Most people don’t really understand how medical marijuana works – unless you are on a MM program yourself, to get the real story you need to talk to someone who is. Sal: Now that I’ve found the right balance of CBD to THC, I need very little – literally one hit three times a day. Sal: At the compassion centers, they have the CBD and THC percentages on everything they sell. Marijuana was seen purely as a street drug, smoked by hippies and clubbers.

Sal: I feel a lot more pain, in my joints and in my gut. Motif: One use of MM that people are familiar with is for nausea from chemotherapy. Sal: A friend of mine recently had a lung removed and went through chemo. Sal: I’d say doubters should talk with some nurses at a cancer treatment center or with someone managing a chronic autoimmune disorder. People who use MM don’t use it to get high, although it does make us feel better.

Sal: MM is a gift – for people who are suffering, it can literally give them back their lives. It’s going to be interesting to see how the recreational and medical realities of marijuana are going to play out as legalization spreads.

This stoner film classic is a movie I’ve been aware of for a while and have watched at least a dozen times on Comedy Central. This outlandishly dull/dark comedy film with its underlying marijuana jokes and hilarious insults, this movie kicks a lot of ass. This film incorporates the great tribute to the comedic road-trip and ridiculous occurrences and molds these two concepts into one great head trip of druggie proportions. At the same time, it works for non-stoners like myself, with its hilarious actors. Despite seeing it so many times, the movie just gets better with age, like a fine wine. I tip my hat Thomas Haden Church the director and writer and 2-part actor in this film for the ages. There are some hilarious not well known actors in this film. Charlie Finn plays Kevin Haub, confused and slightly retarded friend of the Murphys who battles the entire movie with the idea that he might be gay. Rip must be a natural comedic actor, because ever since Dodgeball, I’ve seen him in EVERYTHING. With such a great cast and such a simple idea, this movie is definitely worth a few views. With the pursuit of a dream and some major bones, this film brings the American West into perspective painted on a faux-highway of gold bricks.

Barberio arrested for Marijuana

BOONTON TOWNSHIP – James R. Barberio, 22, Lake Hiawatha, was arrested and charged with 2C:35-10A(4) possession of less than 50 grams of Marijuana, 2C:36-2 use or possession with intent to use and 39:3:33 display of unclear or indistinct license plates on Friday, December 22 at 10:24 p.m. by Detective Christopher Chicoris of the Boonton Township Police Department. James further informed me that he had smoked the marijuana inside his vehicle. Moments later, Sergeant Cacciabeve arrived on scene. Barberio was advised of his mandatory court date at the Boonton Township Municipal Court on January 10, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. Boonton Township Municipal Court prosecutor is Doug Cabana. Cabana is the former Parsippany-Troy Hills Municipal Prosecutor, appointed by former Mayor James R. Barberio, until December 31, 2017 when the new administration did not reappoint Cabana. Parsippany Focus reached out to Boonton Township Court Administrator & Violations Clerk, Joan Egan, for additional information on the outcome of the case, or to find out if the case was sent to a different Court that would not have a conflict. She did not return our calls as of the time this story was published.
